Her earliest memories of her love for make-up began in her great-grandmother’s Santa Monica studio apartment. Kelli loved the transformation that occurred as she applied flushed rouge, rosy lipstick, and periwinkle shadow. Third St. became her stage and her great-grandmother her co-star, as they walked together down the street to 7-11 for a cake. Kelli graduated from the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and continued her education at The University of the Arts, in Philadelphia, as a Presidential Merit Scholar. While studying modern dance, Kelli worked at a local make-up counter, was recruited by M.A.C. Cosmetics, where she became a Product Specialist and Certified Fashion Show Make-up Artist.In 2001, Kelli returned to Los Angeles becoming a freelance artist and continuing her education at LATTC, earning a certificate in Advanced Make-up Techniques. Kelli has a great love for performance and color, finding a way to incorporate the two in her work.
